Ropes & Gray Advises New Mountain Capital in Partnership with emids
Ropes & Gray advised New Mountain Capital, a leading growth-oriented investment firm with over $20 billion in assets under management, in an investment in emids, a Nashville-based leader in digital engineering and transformation solutions to the healthcare industry.
Emids management and other select stakeholders will remain invested in the company while current investors, Baird Capital and Council Capital, will exit. The investment by New Mountain sets the stage for the continued accelerating growth of emids as the healthcare industry’s preferred partner for digital transformation.
