Ropes & Gray advised the Special Committee of Vince Holding Corp., a global luxury apparel and accessories brand, in its acquisition of the contemporary women’s brands Rebecca Taylor and Parker. The Special Committee of Vince’s board of directors – consisting of independent directors represented by independent advisors – reviewed, negotiated and approved the acquisition, which closed on Nov. 3.
