Ropes & Gray advised Audax Private Equity in its recapitalization of Corrona, which maintains and operates comprehensive, proprietary patient registries. The data is collected from clinical sites across the U.S., Canada and Japan. The transaction was announced in a press release and the terms were not disclosed.

The Ropes & Gray team advising Audax was led by private equity partner Kendrick Chow (Boston), and included finance partner Michael Lee, labor & employment partner Megan Bisk, benefits partner Jennifer Rikoski, health care partner Michael Lampert and corporate associate Catherine Simes (all of Boston).
