Ropes & Gray Advises Aquiline Capital Partners in Elm Street Technology Investment
Ropes & Gray advised Aquiline Capital Partners in a majority investment in Elm Street Technology, LLC. Elm Street Technology offers a simplified platform for real estate technology and marketing services to the residential real estate industry to provide a single vendor and contact to maximize business leads. The company’s Elevate platform is used by tens of thousands of real estate agents, teams and brokerages across the United States. The investment was announced on Feb. 5.
Elm Street Technology will use the Aquiline investment to broaden its sales and marketing capabilities, accelerate product development and expand its portfolio of technology solutions.
The Ropes & Gray team included private capital transactions partner Daniel Evans, benefits partner Alexandra Alperovich, IP transactions partner Violetta Kokolus (all of New York) and tax partner Benjamin Rogers (San Francisco).
