Ropes & Gray advised Centerbridge Partners in its investment in Landscape Acquisition’s purchase of AP WIP Investment Holdings. The transaction was announced on Feb. 10. The press release is here. 

AP WIP Investment, or AP Wireless, is one of the largest international aggregators of rental streams underlying wireless sites through the acquisition of wireless telecom real property interests and contractual rights. Centerbridge Partners is a private investment management firm that employs a flexible approach across investment disciplines, including private equity, credit and related strategies, and real estate. As of Dec. 31, Centerbridge had approximately $27 billion in capital under management with offices in New York and London.
