Ropes & Gray represented GHO Capital in its acquisition of X-Chem, a leader in providing DNA-Encoded library (DEL) drug discovery services for pharmaceutical companies. The transaction was announced on June 3. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The press release is here.
