A former Intel retirement plan participant, who in February received the U.S. Supreme Court’s approval to sue the software company for breaching its fiduciary duties, has refiled his claims. A Sept. 16 Ignites article titled “Intel Back in Court Over Erisa Claims” cites ERISA partner Josh Lichtenstein’s comment from a previous piece on the impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling. The Supreme Court's February ruling on Intel’s investment choices had a “chilling effect” on other plan sponsors’ plan menus, Josh told Ignites in June.
