Ropes & Gray Represents Vista Fund VII in the Recapitalization of Infoblox Inc.

Ropes & Gray advised Vista Equity Partners Fund VII, L.P. in the recapitalization of Infoblox Inc. The recapitalization included a significant investment from Warburg Pincus LLC, which became an equal partner with Vista in their investment in Infoblox. The transaction was announced on Sept. 8.

Vista Equity Partners is a leading global investment firm with more than $58 billion in cumulative capital commitments. Infoblox makes software that helps large companies manage their networks.
