Ropes & Gray Advises Partners Group and Kohlberg & Co. in Acquisition of BluSky Restoration Contractors

Ropes & Gray advised Partners Group and Kohlberg & Company in the acquisition of BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC. The company’s management team retained an ownership stake. BluSky’s previous majority owner, Dominus Capital, retained a minority stake. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. It was announced in an Oct. 19 in a press release

BluSky specializes in real estate damage services that stabilize emergency situations and restore businesses and property back to pre-loss condition.
