BV Investment Partners is a middle-market private equity firm focused on the tech-enabled business services, software and IT services sectors. Since its founding in 1983, the firm has invested approximately $4.2 billion. EMS|MC, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is one of the largest U.S. revenue cycle management providers focused exclusively on EMS.
