Ropes & Gray Advises Tekni-Plex In Agreement to Acquire Grupo Phoenix
A Ropes & Gray team advised Tekni-Plex in its agreement to acquire Grupo Phoenix. Grupo Phoenix manufactures rigid packaging and specializes in innovative and sustainable custom packaging solutions with capabilities in the United States, Colombia and Mexico and customers in over 30 countries. Tekni-Plex is a globally-integrated company focused on developing and manufacturing products for a wide variety of end markets, including medical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care, household and industrial. The transaction was announced in a press release.
