The National Law Journal: Ropes & Gray is a Top Firm for Women Attorneys

For a third consecutive year, Ropes & Gray has been named to The National Law Journal’s “NLJ500 Women in Law Scorecard,” which recognizes the best law firms for women attorneys.

Women comprise 32% of Ropes & Gray’s equity partnership and 46% of the firm’s lawyers. Our women lawyers are in highly visible leadership positions at the firm, guiding practice groups, client teams and key initiatives, and Julie Jones is the firm chair. Our 600-lawyer Women’s Forum routinely garners accolades for its innovative work guiding women lawyers in their career growth.

Recently, Ropes & Gray was also named to Working Mother magazine’s “Best Law Firms for Women” list, which recognizes the best law firms for female attorneys. Additionally, Law360 has consistently named Ropes & Gray a top law firm for women lawyers and they have acknowledged the key leadership role women play at our firm.
