Ropes & Gray Represents Avista Capital Partners in Agreement to Invest in eMolecules

Ropes & Gray represented Avista Capital Partners in agreement to invest in eMolecules, a novel and fast-growing e-procurement platform for high-value chemicals and bioreagents used by the leading pharmaceutical companies in drug discovery. Financial terms of the transaction, which was announced on March 25, were not disclosed. The press release is here.
