A San Francisco-led team represented Worldwide Facilities, in its agreement to be acquired by Amwins Group, Inc., a global distributor of specialty insurance products and services. The transaction was announced in a press release. The deal broadens Amwins’ specialty capabilities and expands its footprint, especially on the west coast.
The team advising Worldwide was led by private equity partners Howard Glazer and Elizabeth Rahn Gallucci (both of San Francisco). It included benefits partner Jennifer Rikoski (Boston), tax partner Leo Arnaboldi (New York), labor & employment partner Megan Bisk (Boston) and antitrust partner Michael McFalls (Washington, D.C.).
