Ropes & Gray represented DealerSocket, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, in its sale to Solera Holdings, Inc. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on May 17 were not disclosed. The press release is here. 

DealerSocket, a leading SaaS provider to the automotive industry, serves over 9,000 automotive dealerships. 

The Ropes & Gray team that represented DealerSocket was led by private equity partner Chau Le (San Francisco), tax partner Pamela Glazier (Boston), employment, executive compensation & benefits counsel Ellen Sueda (San Francisco) and private equity associate Patrick Dorime (New York).
