Ropes & Gray represented NFP and Wealthspire Advisors in Wealthspire’s acquisition of Private Ocean, a leading fiduciary wealth management firm with $2.7 billion in assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced on Nov. 22 in a press release.
