Ropes & Gray advised VSS Capital Partners and its portfolio company Coretelligent in the sale of the company to Norwest Equity Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. It was announced on Oct. 25 in a press release.
VSS Capital Partners is a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, information, business services and education industries. Coretelligent, founded in 2006, is a provider of comprehensive managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud services to customers in financial services, life sciences, professional services and related sectors.
