Ropes & Gray today announced the appointment of Peter Mugo as counsel in its market-leading asset management practice.

Peter is a widely respected and skilled attorney whose practice focuses on global institutional investors in primary investments in funds, co-investments, and internal restructuring matters. His institutional investor practice has included representing some of the world’s largest pension plans and sovereign wealth funds, as well as statewide pension plans, retirement funds, and health systems. His fund/co-invest client base is similarly diverse, spanning across fund types including buyout, venture capital, credit, hedge and real assets.
