Ropes & Gray represented BV Investment Partners in its acquisition of Source Advisors, a market leading specialty tax solutions and software provider. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on April 7 in a press release.

BV Investment Partners is a middle-market private equity that since its founding in 1983 has invested approximately $4.4 billion, actively targeting investments in the tech-enabled business services, software, and IT services industries.
