Ropes & Gray represented H.I.G. Capital in its acquisition of Pixelle Specialty Solutions, a specialty papers and sustainable packaging provider, from Lindsay Goldberg. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made on April 4 in a press release. 

H.I.G. Capital is a leading global alternative investment firm with $48 billion of equity capital under management.
