Ropes & Gray Advises H.I.G. Capital in $950 Million Acquisition of Avient Corp.’s Distribution Unit
Ropes & Gray advised H.I.G. Capital in the acquisition of the distribution business of Avient Corp., a global provider of sustainable and specialized material solutions, for $950 million in cash, subject to regulatory approval. The transaction was announced on Aug. 12 in a press release.
H.I.G. Capital is a leading global alternative investment firm with $48 billion of equity capital under management.
