Scott Pinarchick Joins Ropes & Gray’s Global Tax Practice

Global law firm Ropes & Gray today welcomed Scott Pinarchick as a partner in the firm’s tax practice. Ropes & Gray is home to a preeminent global tax practice recognized for excellence in advising clients across a broad spectrum of matters. 

A market-leading tax attorney, Scott expands the firm’s global tax team, which is keeping pace with record client demand, and a historically high volume of transactions. 

Scott brings a wealth of tax experience advising on complex matters to a diverse client base. His clients include corporations in the health care, technology, consumer, media and financial industries as well as private equity firms. 

Scott counsels clients on corporate and partnership tax matters from formation to exit with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, including the sale of founder-, private equity- and venture-backed companies.  Scott also regularly advises clients on private equity and venture capital fund formations, equity and debt financings, SPAC transactions and securities offerings.

Based in the firm’s Boston office, Scott will work with clients across the firm’s global network.
