Ropes & Gray advised Berkshire Partners portfolio company Tango Analytics in its acquisition of AgilQuest Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on Jan. 12 in a press release.
Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based investment firm, has made more than 130 private equity investments since its founding over 30 years ago. Tango is the leader in store lifecycle management and integrated workplace management system software. AgilQuest, the leader in flexible and hybrid workplace scheduling.
