Dessert Holdings, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, is an umbrella organization of three premium dessert companies and brands: The Original Cakerie, Lawler’s Desserts and Atlanta Cheesecake Company. Steven Charles is a maker of gourmet desserts supplying foodservice and retail customers across North America.
