Ropes & Gray advised Providence Equity Partners in the sale of Vistage Worldwide to Gridiron Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on June 8 in a press release.
Vistage Worldwide, headquartered in San Diego, is the world's largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses. Providence Equity Partners is a specialist private equity investment firm which has invested over $31 billion across more than 170 portfolio companies since its founding in 1989.
