Ropes & Gray advised HP Inc. in its acquisition of Poly Inc., an audio and video devices maker, in an all-cash transaction for $40 per share, implying a total enterprise value of $3.3 billion, inclusive of Poly’s net debt. The transaction was announced on March 28. The press release is here. 

Poly is a leader in video conferencing solutions, cameras, headsets, voice and software. HP Inc. is a multinational information technology company headquartered in Palo Alto, Calif.
