Ropes & Gray represented Kohlberg & Company and its portfolio company MarketCast in the add-on acquisition of Phoenix Marketing International. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made on March 24 in a press release.
Phoenix Marketing International is a leading research and analytics provider that specializes in advertising measurement. Over its 34-year history, Kohlberg has completed 88 platform investments and over 200 add-on acquisitions with an aggregate transaction value of nearly $30 billion.
