Ropes & Gray represented Thomas H. Lee Partners in its acquisition of Intelligent Medical Objects, a healthcare data enablement provider, from Warburg Pincus. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made on March 31 in a press release.

Intelligent Medical Objects, founded in 1994, ensures clinical data integrity and quality, making patient information fit-for-purpose across the healthcare ecosystem. Thomas H. Lee Partners is a premier private equity firm investing in middle-market growth companies.
