Litigation & Enforcement counsel Renai Rodney will discuss challenges unique to Black women entering and achieving leadership positions in the legal field on May 18 as part of the National Black Prosecutors Association’s (NBPA) “Rise to Leadership” panel. Renai recently joined Ropes & Gray’s Chicago office after serving as First Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago Department of Law, counsel to Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, and Assistant U.S. Attorney in Chicago.
