Ropes & Gray Advises Bain Capital on its Hugel Inc. Stake Sale

Ropes & Gray represented Bain Capital in the sale of its controlling stake in Hugel Inc., a leading biopharmaceutical company based in South Korea, to a consortium consisting of CBC Group, GS Holdings, IMM Investment and Mubadala Investment. The US$1+ billion transaction was announced on August 24, 2021 and closed on April 29, 2022.
