Ropes & Gray Advises Prospect Hill Growth in the Acquisition of Motis Brands

Ropes & Gray advised Prospect Hill Growth Partners in its acquisition of MOTIS Brands from Rotunda Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made on May 24 in a press release.

MOTIS is a vertically integrated e-commerce leader in the loading, hauling, mobility, automotive and recreational segments. Prospect Hill Growth Partners is a private equity firm focused on North American consumer and healthcare growth companies.
