Asset management partner Paulita Pike highlights her commitment to pro bono work in a recent profile by Negocios Now. The piece shares insights into Paulita’s experience growing up in El Salvador, why she was drawn to practicing at Ropes & Gray, and her pro bono support of immigrants at the southern U.S. border, especially after the federal government implemented its family separation policy.

“We were actually [at the southern U.S. border] for close to three months. Each week we would send three to four teams of attorneys to do intake and take on new clients,” Paulita told the publication. “Within a couple of months parents and children were reunited.”

A valued mentor, natural leader, and fierce advocate of inclusivity, Paulita is the managing partner of the Chicago office and a leader in Chicago’s legal community. Paulita serves on the board of trustees at the University of Notre Dame, and also as an adjunct professor of law at Northwestern Pritzker Law School and the University of Notre Dame Law.
