Ropes & Gray Advises Veterinary Practice Partners and Audax Group in its Acquisition of Caring Hands

Ropes & Gray represented Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), a portfolio company of Audax Group, in its acquisition of Caring Hands, a provider of veterinary services. VPP is a community of over 125 animal hospitals across the United States and Caring Hands Animal Hospital is a network of veterinary hospitals in Maryland and Virginia. The announcement was made April 6 in a press release.

The Ropes & Gray team included private equity partner Chau Le, finance partners Greg Bauer and Michael Lee, employment & benefits partner Megan Bisk, life sciences regulatory & compliance partner Kellie Combs, private equity associate Anna Park and health care counsel John Saran.
