Asian Legal Business Honors Ropes & Gray as a 2013 Finalist in Hong Kong Law Awards
Ropes & Gray was named a finalist by Asian Legal Business for “M&A Deal of the Year” in Hong Kong. The firm was recognized for its work representing Bain Capital in its acquisition of Jupiter Shop Channel, and for representing China Everbright Structured Investment Holdings Ltd. as a member of a consortium that acquired Focus Media holdings Ltd. in a take-private deal.
The award winners will be announced on September 6, 2013, in Hong Kong.
