Ropes & Gray was named the winner of two awards at the 10th annual Turnaround Atlas Awards hosted by the Global M&A Network, which exclusively honors excellence from the restructuring, distressed investing, insolvency, special situations M&A transactions and turnaround communities in the categories of best value-creating transactions, outstanding firms, influential professionals, and legendary leaders.
The firm was recognized for outstanding restructuring work in the following categories: “Cross Border Turnaround of the Year”, for work on the Global A&T Electronics restructuring and “Corporate Turnaround of the Year”, for work on LINN Energy’s Chapter 11 plan of reorganization.
Ropes & Gray, as well as the other award winners, were honored for their achievements at a gala ceremony on July 19 in New York City.
