Private Client Partner Brenda Diana Named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “Top Women of Law” List

A trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, executives and financial planners, partner Brenda Diana’s career of accomplishments garnered her recognition as one of the “Top Women of Law” on Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2019 list. The award honors distinguished women attorneys.

Ms. Diana is recognized for her private client practice, concentrated on representing fiduciaries in the settlement of estates and preparing estate plans for individuals. She serves as executor for estates of varying size and complexity, helping clients through diverse personal transitions and providing advice on risk management, fiduciary investments and efficient tax alternatives to avoid potential issues or disputes.

Ms. Diana has also applied her understanding of the law to help those in the community. Her work includes contributing to causes that support immigrant children, and serving with Project Citizenship, an organization that helps legal permanent residents become U.S. citizens. She has also served on the board of My Life My Choice, a nonprofit that works to end commercial sexual exploitation of children.
