Private Equity International Shortlists Ropes & Gray for 2019 Law Firm of the Year in Multiple Categories
Private Equity International has named Ropes & Gray as a finalist in multiple categories in its 2019 Annual Awards. Winners will be decided through a poll open to the market that closes on Friday, Jan. 10, 2020.

Shortlisted for advising on more than 100 fund formation mandates in the last year, including TSG Consumer Partners' $4 billion eighth fund and Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe's $4.3 billion 13th fund. - Law Firm of the Year in North America—Transactions
Shortlisted for advising on private equity transactions worth a combined $91 billion in the last twelve months. The firm worked with a number of high-profile clients, including Bain Capital, Advent International and the Audax Group. - Law firm of the year in the Americas—Secondaries
Shortlisted for our involvement in many preferred equity transactions over the past 12 months, including the counsel of Thomas H.
