Ropes & Gray Named a Top Firm for Women Attorneys in The National Law Journal

Practices: Litigation

Ropes & Gray is named to The National Law Journal’s 2020 “NLJ500 Women’s Scorecard,” which recognizes the best law firms for female attorneys. Quoted in the report, litigation & enforcement partner Lisa Bebchick, who co-chairs the firm’s Women’s Forum, emphasized the importance of Ropes & Gray’s commitment to gender diversity.

“Once you see women partners in leadership, other women attorneys can look around and say, ‘If they can do this, I can do it, too,’ and not necessarily at the sacrifice of other things you want in your life,” said Bebchick.

Recently, Yale Law Women named Ropes & Gray a leading law firm for advancing the careers of women. It was recognized as a top firm for “Women in Leadership,” which acknowledges the many women attorneys at Ropes & Gray who hold leadership positions, including serving as office managing partners, hiring partners, practice and industry group leaders, and holding the top leadership position.
