Ropes & Gray Awarded “Most Innovative Program for Employee Health and Well-Being” by Chambers & Partners
Chambers & Partners honored Ropes & Gray with its “Most Innovative Program for Employee Health and Well-Being” award, presented at the Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards on Sept. 24. The contest honors one law firm in North America that has made a concerted effort to improve the well-being of its attorneys and support team.
Ropes & Gray takes a holistic and innovative approach to health and well-being. The firm offers its attorneys and business support professionals, and their families, comprehensive, competitive and innovative health care and benefit plans. The firm also continues to expand its innovative well-being program, BeWell @ Ropes & Gray. The program, led by Julie Blume, the firm’s director of total rewards and Katherine Adamenko, manager of well-being, provides resources, education and compassionate support to our teams, with an aim to enhance the emotional, physical and financial well-being of our people.
