Ropes & Gray’s credit funds team have been named Best Fund Structuring Service in Alt Credit’s 2020 US Services Awards. These awards recognize and celebrate service providers outperforming their peers and leading the way within the North American credit fund industry. Ropes & Gray was honored for best credit structuring service, serving clients including credit hedge funds, private debt and/or structured credit fund managers. The recognition includes services involved in the legal and tax structuring of funds, and the formation of onshore and offshore entities for the management of credit. Firms were judged on the quality and depth of the service, growth in the credit industry, and customer service.
Ropes & Gray were also shortlisted for Best Law Firm - Lending and Securities, for the best law firm covering debt instruments, including advising on loan documentation, as well as restructuring.
