IP transactions and technology partner Regina Sam Penti (Boston) was named a “Go To  Lawyer for Intellectual Property” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. 

An MIT-trained engineer, Regina has advised on complex IP and technology issues in several blockbuster transactions, including Altimeter Growth Corp. in its record-breaking nearly $40 billion combination with Singapore-based “super app” Grab Holdings to take Grab, with technology for ridesharing, delivery and concierge services, and digital payments, public in the U.S.
