David Chatteleyn is counsel in the firm’s private equity and M&A group. He advises private equity firms and mid- to large-cap industrial companies on the full spectrum of M&A and private equity transactions, with a particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts. His experience encompasses a diverse range of industries, including healthcare and life science, technology, financial services, industrials and retail.
