Annmarie Gruick joined Ropes & Gray in 2025 as an associate in the business restructuring group.
Prior to joining the firm, Annmarie graduated summa cum laude from St. John’s University, where she earned both her LL.M. in Bankruptcy and juris doctor. As a JD student, Annmarie served as an Executive Articles Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
Annmarie clerked for The Honorable Karen B. Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware after completing her second summer of law school as the Ambro Fellow where she interned with four bankruptcy judges in Delaware (Judges Owens, Goldblatt, Shannon, and Walrath).
