A July 12 article published by The National Law Journal's Supreme Court Brief examines appellate & Supreme Court partner Doug Hallward-Driemeier's views on whether the 2015 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, the landmark marriage equality case, would be affected by changes to the court, including the rumored retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy.
