Ropes & Gray advised Haveli Investments who led the equity financing for Cohesity’s acquisition of Veritas’ data protection business. The business combination, valued at approximately $7 billion, will form an industry leader in AI-powered data security and data management. The transaction was announced in a Feb. 8 press release and is expected to close by the end of 2024.
