Ropes & Gray Advises Banks on Financing of Simplified Tender Offer by Amboise for Altamir Shares (Euronext Paris)

Ropes & Gray has advised BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and HSBC Continental Europe as arrangers and lenders, with BNP Paribas also serving as offer guarantor, in connection with the financing of the simplified tender offer by Amboise SAS for Altamir shares (listed on Euronext Paris).
