Leonard Green & Partners Acquire Majority Stake in Topgolf Business from Topgolf Callaway Brands

Ropes & Gray advised Leonard Green & Partners in its acquisition of a 60% interest in Topgolf and Toptracer from Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. The deal closed on Jan. 5.

The transaction values Topgolf at approximately $1.1 billion.
