Five Ropes & Gray legal professionals have been recognized by Corporate Counsel's 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards in the following categories:

  • Managing Partner of the Year: Chair Julie Jones for leading a remarkable period of global growth for Ropes & Gray by cementing the firm as the go-to advisor for clients’ most consequential, paradigm-shifting matters.
  • Law Firm Thought Leadership: Asset management partner Paulita Pike for translating frontier issues into practical board oversight, shaping governance best practices through advisory roles, and guiding boards on innovative products like defined-outcome ETFs.
  • Innovative Leadership – External Innovation: Litigation & enforcement partner Amanda Raad for leading the R&G Insights Lab, blending legal counsel, behavioral insights, and technology to help clients navigate legal, enterprise risk, and regulatory challenges.
  • Mental Health & Well-Being Initiative: Chief human resources officer Erica Murphy and chief legal talent officer Amy Ross for launching Thrive, a first-of-its-kind program in the law firm market. This high-touch, six-month associate development initiative includes 1:1 and small group sessions focused on resilience, well-being, and growth. The program is now expanding to include third-year associates.

In addition, real estate investments & transactions partner Sally Davis has been recognized as a winner within the “Next Generation of Leaders” category for Corporate Counsel’s 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards.

These annual awards recognize the top women legal professionals who are having a notable impact on the legal industry. Winners will be announced at an awards dinner on April 14 in Chicago.
