CCMP Capital Guided to Acquisition of Controlling Interest in Eating Recovery Center

Ropes & Gray served as legal counsel to CCMP Capital, which announced on August 30 that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which affiliates of CCMP will acquire a controlling interest in Eating Recovery Center, a leading provider of specialized treatment for individuals with eating disorders, from Lee Equity Partners and certain other investors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
