For the third consecutive year, Ropes & Gray has been named to Law360’s list of “Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys.” In the publication’s 2019 Glass Ceiling Report, Ropes & Gray was in the top ten firms with higher representations of female attorneys than their peers. The firm is comprised of 45 percent women attorneys, and women make up 28 percent of the firm’s partnership, above legal industry averages.

Ropes & Gray remains committed to closing the gender gap across all levels of attorneys, and continues to distinguish itself for its focus on inclusion and diversity. The firm was ranked number one on The American Lawyer’s 2018 “A-List” of the top 20 U.S. law firms, which includes gender diversity among the criteria. Notably, the firm’s female equity partners score is the highest of all firms on that list.

As part of its 2019 Diversity & Inclusion Awards, Chambers & Partners also shortlisted Ropes & Gray as a “Pioneering Firm for Female Lawyers.”
